This 18″ × 18″ wood mosaic/inlay combines aromatic cedar, mahogany, walnut, cherry, red oak, white oak and sapele. I used different thicknesses of wood to create real dimension—from the rolling fields and village to the raised flowers in the foreground.

The natural colors and grain of each wood species become part of the artwork, making every piece completely one of a kind.

Also available in 24″ × 24″ and 11″ × 11″ wall-art sizes, plus 4″ and 6″ round Mini Art.

This 18″ × 18″ wood mosaic/inlay is created from seven beautiful wood species: aromatic cedar, mahogany, walnut, cherry, red oak, white oak and sapele.

I used different thicknesses of wood to give the artwork dimension and depth. The flowers rise from the foreground, while the fields, village, trees and sweeping sky draw your eye through the landscape.

One of my favorite things about working with natural wood is that the color, grain and character become part of the artwork. No two pieces could ever be exactly alike.

This design is also available in 24″ × 24″ and 11″ × 11″ wall-art sizes, as well as 4″ and 6″ round Mini Art.
